Will customization make Odoo hard to upgrade?
Not if it is built properly. We keep custom modules separate from Odoo core, use safe inheritance, and avoid patching source. Every customization is documented so the upgrade path stays open.
When should we customize versus configure standard Odoo?
We start with gap analysis. If a process can be closed with configuration, Studio, or automated actions, we do not force custom code. Customization is for unique workflows, specialized reports, or integrations that standard Odoo does not cover.
Can NURATEK customize an Odoo instance that is already live?
Yes. We audit existing modules, map risk, then add custom apps in stages on staging before production. This fits Odoo that is already running but does not yet cover the full operation.
